Delivery

1. Packages are sent standard recorderd Royal Mail and are signed for. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
Postal delivery is 1 to 3 working days for UK deliveries.

2. Delivery is FREE for £16 or more, UK. Less than £16 for your order, standard delivery costs are £3.50 which is added on your order at checkout. Postage increase is due to Royal mail price increases.

3. We believe in recycling our packaging wherever possible.

Returns & Refund:

1. If you require to return an unwanted item, please confirm in writing or by email within 7 days of receipt of the item. The original packaging must be intact and the items unopened and unused.

2. Return of goods will need to be sent Recorded or Signed For. Return costs will be at the expense of the customer.

3. If we feel the Goods have been used, we reserve the right to deduct 20% off the full refund amount.
Please note: All items are checked and packed personally for dispatch, please check your package on arrival and notify us to any problems within 24hrs of receiving the package.

All products are directly from authorised distributors, and are up to date in stock. If, there is a delay in supplying an item, we will contact you with the estimated day of arrival.
