The skin surrounding the eyes is the thinnest on the body and requires extra care. This means that moisture evaporates easily and because the eyes are so expressive the skin around them forms wrinkles faster than elsewhere on the face. It is also an area that is very difficult to rehydrate and to restore a healthy look.
